ROBERTO’S IS FAMOUS FOR THIN CRUST PIZZA … We use an old family recipe for our white crust and for our pizza sauce.

PIZZAS ARE MADE WITH OUR THIN ROLLED WHITE DOUGH … Wheat crust is also available. Gluten free crust is also available in the small size only for a 1.00 extra charge. Our Gluten free pizza crust is purchased, we add the sauce, cheese and your favorite ingredients.Our sliced cheddar cheese, feta, ricotta and fresh mozzarella are Gluten free.

TRADITIONALLY, MOST OF OUR PIZZAS ARE MADE WITH RED SAUCE AND MOZZARELLA UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED … Any of our pizzas can be made ” White” . That is with olive oil and garlic rather than red sauce.
